- Participants who registered until June 30th will be informed how to join ARSO2021 via email on July 5th.
- Registration site will be suspended from July 1st to July 4th.
- Registration site will be reopened July 5th, and participants who registered after July 5th will be informed how to join ARSO2021 via email after the payment conformation.
- If you are the author for your paper upload, please complete your payment by MAY 24th, the deadline of the final submission.

The registration fee for presenting authors covers one-paper submittion. If a final manuscript of the regular paper exceeds 6 pages, the extra pages will be charged 10,000 JPY/page (up to 2 extra pages).
"Audience" allows ONLY for plenary talks and keynote talks attendance by registered attendee and DOES NOT include symposium proceedings data, attendance online sessions, and on-demand movies.
