*** May 24, 2021. ***

Instruction by categories:

For Regular Papers

<Paper length limitation with excess page charge>

All Regular Papers are accepted from six (6) pages to eight (8) pages. You will not be able to upload a manuscript longer than 6 pages unless excess page charges are paid. Note that even with the excess page charges, the maximum page limit is 8 pages for all Regular Papers.

<Note on revision>

As indicated in the commitment statement undersigned when submitting your paper, the final version will fundamentally correspond in length and contents to the submitted version, except for parts that might be added or modified to comply with the reviewers' suggestions. It is considered unethical to shorten or otherwise alter the final version in ways that make it weaker than what approved by the reviewers.

<Compliance with IEEE format>

You are required to follow the IEEE conference format. Papers that fail to do so will not be included in IEEE Xplore. You are required to accept the Copyright transfer agreement online.

<Author Registration>

If none of the authors of an accepted paper are registered, it will be removed from the program and will NOT be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.

For Position Papers

<Paper length limitation>

Please also note that all Position Papers are accepted from one (1) page to four (4) pages. You are required to accept the Copyright transfer agreement online for your paper to be included in the conference proceeding.

<Author Registration>

If none of the authors of an accepted paper are registered, it will be removed from the program and the conference proceedings.

Paper Submission for Review

The organizers seek original, novel and innovative papers addressing topics related to the conference themes. All papers addressing topics related to the conference themes should be submitted electronically via PaperPlaza (in preparation) in the indicated format and length below. You can also submit a video as a supplementary material along with your manuscript, for instance to demonstrate your results.

All contributed papers will get through a peer-review process. A manuscript will be reviewed by at least two referees, who will leave review comments. When the paper is finally accepted in oral or interactive presentation, the author should submit a revised final version that reflects reviewers’ comments.

The contents of the manuscripts should not be submitted simultaneously for any other else publications in conference or journal. All submissions will be checked by the iThenticate tool for plagiarism and self-plagiarism. In case of plagiarism or self-plagiarism, all results will be reported to IEEE for further investigation.

All accepted regular papers will be included in the conference proceedings (USB proceedings will not be distributed due to full online conference. The proceedings will be provided in downloadable format.), and published on IEEE Xplore as well. You should submit a PDF that must conform to the manuscript preparation guidelines in PaperPlaza, and shoud use the IEEE templete in LaTeX or MS Word.
